LEADERSHIP PRESENCE WITH COURAGE AND HEART: HOW TO LEAD AUTHENTICALLY, BUILD BENEFICIAL RELATIONSHIPS
The biggest misconception about leadership presence is that it is about “owning a room.” While there are times when having a strong and authentic leadership presence will require you to own a room, leadership presence is more than that. It is about consistency and authenticity that is also able to be flexible and moldable depending on the situation, people and outcomes you want. Leadership presence is about what continues to happen way after you have left the room in the hearts and minds of those you interacted with. Anyone can own a room for a few hours, but to own the trust and hearts of people long-term, that is leadership, and can only be achieved through your unique presence. When you invest in your leadership presence, you are better equipped to deal with the top challenges that leaders face: developing managerial effectiveness, inspiring others, developing employees, leading a team, guiding change and managing internal stakeholders and dealing with office politics.
During this presentation attendees will:
- Discover what leadership presence is and how to utilize it in the ever-changing business world.
- The 3 myths that stop people from developing their own strong and authentic leadership presence.
- Learn how to radiate leadership presence using the power of A.I.R, an acronym for the most essential elements of leadership presence.
