Danelle transitioned out of the military as a Rear Admiral, a senior executive with proven leadership expertise in cyber, digital telecommunications strategy development and global operations. She built high performing teams, driving culture and enterprise level change with focus and integrity.
As Director Navy Cybersecurity and Deputy Chief Information Officer, she acted as a technology innovator and leader, managing the Navy’s cybersecurity strategy, policy, and informa-tion technology architectures supporting worldwide missions. As Deputy Director of Current Operations at United States Cyber Command she lead offense and defensive cyber operations for the Department of Defense.
Danelle holds Master of Arts degrees in Management, Human Resource Development & National Security and Strategic Studies, a Master of Science degree in Information Management and Chief Information Officer and Information Assurance Officer certifications.
She has won numerous awards and published numerous articles on cyber, technology, innovation and leadership. Danelle is a highly requested speaker for corporate, professional organizations and colleges/ universities focusing on technology and leadership.
